Allan Louis Loeb Memorial Garden

Visitors will be welcomed by the Allan Louis Loeb Memorial Garden as they enter the K-9 Barrett Memorial Animal Control Facility. A special place for people to visit and honor their loved ones (fur babies) who have passed over the Rainbow Bridge, the Garden will honor Allan Louis Loeb, his dedication to wildlife and domestic animals and love of gardening. It will also create a meaningful opportunity for people to donate in the memory of their fur babies.

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Memorial Garden Team met the two landscape architect candidates for the Memorial Garden. The candidates received feedback and presented their background and received feedback and ideas from the Team. The Team agreed to the criteria, which was forwarded to the candidates who will present their proposals at their next meeting on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Plans for the Allan Louis Loeb Memorial Garden include a Rainbow Bridge and walkway with engraved memorial bricks/pavers and benches and trees dedicated to their loved ones.
